Nixon Signature Estates Soft Opening: A Recap

On Friday, September 11, 2026, Nixon Signature Estates held its soft opening at 6710 Bleker St. Tents went up in the courtyard, balloons marked the entrance, and neighbors came out to see the building for themselves ahead of this fall's grand opening.

Nixon Signature Estates brings Nixon Assisted Living and Nixon Independent Living together in one place — a three-story, 17-unit community where residents live independently with support close at hand. Guests who came out got to walk through a furnished demo suite, seeing the bedroom, kitchenette, and bathroom in person.

Every suite comes with chef-prepared meals, resident transportation, and housekeeping, and the building itself has elevator access, secure controlled entry, a community lounge, landscaped grounds, on-site parking, and an emergency response system throughout.
