You're Invited: Nixon Signature Estates Soft Opening Carnival

Nixon Signature Estates is holding its Soft Opening Carnival on Friday, September 11, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at 6710 Bleker St., Houston, TX 77016. Everyone is welcome to stop by.

Nixon Signature Estates is the community that brings Nixon Assisted Living of Houston and Nixon Independent Living together in one place — an intentional living community where residents live independently with support close at hand.

The carnival is a community celebration: there will be food, games, and a photo booth. Come as you are, bring the family, and meet the team.

A fully furnished demo suite will be open for walk-throughs, so you can see the layout for yourself — a private living area, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom in every suite.

The building is a three-story, 17-unit community. Suites come with chef-prepared meals, resident transportation, and housekeeping, and the building has elevator access, secure controlled entry, landscaped grounds, a community lounge, on-site parking, and an emergency response system. The grand opening is planned for this fall, and leasing is open now.
